Heart Conference Details – Melbourne

WHEN: 12-13 June 2020. Each day will run similar to the following approximate schedule:

  • Doors open at 9.30am
  • Session starts at 10am
  • Morning Tea (Provided)
  • Session
  • Lunch (Refer to arrangements below)
  • Session
  • Afternoon Tea (Provided)
  • Session
  • Daily Conclusion at 5pm

WHERE: IBIS Hotel Glen Waverley, 297 Springvale Rd, Glen Waverley VIC

FOOD ARRANGEMENTS: Morning tea and afternoon tea is provided. You will need to purchase your own lunch. There is a restaurant at the venue. You are also welcome to have lunch offsite if you wish. There are plenty of options along Kingsway.

TRANSPORT & PARKING: The venue is a 7 minute walk from Glen Waverley train station. There is secure onsite parking available at the hotel at a discounted rate of $5 per day. This is subject to availability. There is parking in the surrounding areas, however please take note of the street signs, as many of these areas have restrictions and/or fees.
