Our ministry exists to encourage women in their life by helping them to love God, love themselves and love their neighbour.

Who Are We?

The idea of HEART arose from a time in my own life when I felt God impressed on my heart to reach out to women of all ages and encourage them in the journey of life. I wondered if other women felt like I did?

I have found that it is so important to have female companions to share our lives with including all the good and the bad as well as all of our similarities and our differences.

We need opportunities to laugh, to cry and to celebrate who we really are. The thought came to me that I could help women with refreshment for the body, mind and soul, and of course our hearts.  The more I shared my heart, the more I found so many other women sharing their hearts.

This is just the beginning of a story that is being written. The title HEART has been chosen and the first chapter has started. I invite you to join with me in creating the future chapters. Heart is also part of a broader ministry, Bruce Downes Ministries.

Rosemary

Who is Rosemary?

Rosemary is a woman of faith, an encourager and inspirer of others. She has passion for life, family and for people being all they can be. The Heart Women’s Ministry has grown out of her love for God and women. Her vision and belief is that women can connect to God and each other in a way that encourages each other in their walk in life. Rosemary is a wife, mother of five children and a grandmother of ten.
