As we continue our discussion on kindness we look to Jesus and the example He showed of how to treat people. Jesus displayed a radical kindness that defied the culture of his time. We are called to do the same.

Kindness is a fruit of the Holy Spirit that flows from us but at times it can be difficult to be kind. Emma and Rosemary chat about the attitude of kindness that we should have which ultimately shows love to others.
