Emma and Rosemary have a fun chat about their experience of weariness and how we are all invited to take our burdens to God who will carry them for us and who will sustain us. 

Tiredness seems to be an everyday thing for many of us. Jesus knew we would feel this way and He encourages us to come to Him with our weariness.

When we are under pressure our integrity can be challenged. God calls us to be people of integrity in all circumstances. Emma and Rosemary ask themselves the question whether they are living as people of integrity. 

Are you a person of integrity? Being a person of integrity comes from the heart. We are called by God to have a pure heart and it is only with the Holy Spirit living in us that we are able to achieve this.
