God is So Good!
Oh, what a blessed couple of days. God is so Good!
I am talking about the Chicago Mission Event that has just finished.
Many attended in the room and online. I have met so many beautiful people.
People, who like me, are on a journey in seeking and knowing God.
The scripture that comes to mind is found in Psalm 139 verse 14. In the plural form……
“We praise you because we are fearfully and wonderfully made, your works are wonderful. We know that full well. “
Psalm 139:14
And in Psalm 133:1
“How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in unity.”
Psalm 133:1
The personal stories that people shared of God moving in their lives…….
Of God reaching them, loving them where they were at……
Of God restoring his relationship with them…… with their families……
Of God healing…….
Of God being there for them……..
The tears of joy and freedom that flowed, the hearts that were overwhelmed, the lives that were changed and are being changed is all from God.
He graciously turned up because we stepped aside from our lives for such a short while and gave Him space to work on us, and in us.
It was such a privilege to meet so many gorgeous people. It made me understand even more the necessity and importance of the work God has given Bruce and I to do.
It makes me love all the more anyone watching the videos, reading the blogs and jottings from my prayer journal or listening to the podcasts.
It makes me more aware of a hurting world who needs the love and Salvation of Christ.
It makes me more aware of how blessed my life is because Jesus is My Lord.
It makes me more aware of my fragile humanity and that I cannot do anything but for what God provides and does in my life.
It shows to me more the Love of the Father sending us His Son to die for us, then giving us the gift of The Holy Spirit.
What we all do matters.
The words that ladies shared with me, the honesty from their hearts, the rawness of emotions displayed was precious and were such gifts given to me. Oh, beautiful ladies thank you!
To the men who honoured me with their sharing and openness, thank you.
To My Glorious God, I thank you with everything that I am. May you continue to create in me a clean Heart that takes after Yours. May You give me Your grace to love You more and love all who You put in my path.
May You grace us with many more occasions of your Prescence and Love.
Thank you!
May these jottings from my journal inspire you to believe in and fall in love with Christ- the hope of the world, as stated in Jeremiah 17:7, ‘Blessed is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the Lord and whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord!’

Every week groups of ladies meet together to chat about the things I raise in my weekly blog post and to chat about life in general. We call these ‘Heart Connect’ groups.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
What are you grateful for in your life today? Where has God blessed you?
Where do you believe God is using you? Is there a specific area or calling that you believe God has given you? What is it?

It was such a gift to meet you and Bruce, Sandra and John. It was a sacred time with our God, his son and the Holy Spirit and of course all of you. I am so very very grateful that our Lord made it possibly for me to attend. I believe that it is a gift that will keep on gifting.
May our Lord bless you abundantly.

Hi Rosemary! The mission in Chicago was amazing!
The next one in Chicago I must meet Bruce and yourself. I wasn’t able to watch Sunday. I’m waiting for it to come on demand. Sending much love!

Everything! I am grateful, first for being gifted with life and all the lives gifted to me over the years. For all the good and the bad experiences. Everything is a chance to learn, to grow and to understand better the nature and the wonder of the Holy Trinity.
He has blessed me through family, friends and by the salvation of those I love best.
I think he is using me in this the Autumn of my life, through prayer for others and by using my hands for the good of others.
Through research of the Holy Word and Prayer
I must thank you and Bruce for all the devotional messages and words of encouragement over the past Five years. Without these messages, I do not think that my progress towards my Father in Heaven, would have been as smooth, as it has been. Long way still to go. A work in progress, you might say
Bless you both
