Episode 115 – A Sacrifice of Praise (Part 2 Our Chat)

God’s grace is unlimited and endless. He gives to us constantly and we don’t always see it. It’s because of His goodness that we can offer to Him praise even in times that we are struggling. Emma and Rosemary share about what it means to offer a sacrifice of praise.

Thank you Emma and Rosemary for this important, encouraging and yet challenging chat! It is amazing how the Lord can make good come out of circumstances, relationships, health issues, even death that appear to us as negative as Hurricane Ian!!! As you were talking about the death of your friend’s loved one, I could empathize with how you felt Emma. But then I was reminded that when we do die, it is only the end of this life on earth, until our Lord Jesus comes again our bodies will be as glorified and merged with our spirit, as our Lord’s!!! Those who will mourn for us and appears that we have left them behind, we will entrust to God in His Grace. On the other side of Heaven we will continue to lovingly pray for them…Meanwhile as we do go through times of drudgery, difficulties, hardship and even pain and suffering in our lives on earth, and as we tell the Lord about all that is happening to us, I surely must not be the only one who feels comforted and grateful that we have God who loves us so much! That we can bring all our cares and burdens to Him, who doesn’t send us away annoyed with us, when we come to Him with our struggles, pain and suffering!!! And I’m sure I am not the only one who thanks Him so much for listening, for caring and reminds us of His great help in our past difficulties both great and small!!!…As well as those we see in the Sacred Scriptures, and especially our Lord Jesus!!! It may take time to see, to be thankful, to praise in these times but with our Lord always with us by our side, persevering in prayer, pouring our hearts out to Him and eventually being able to listen to what our Lord is saying in our hearts and in our difficulties, circumstances and suffering… we will encounter His Amazing Grace!!!
May the Lord bless you both abundantly Emma and Rosemary!!! And please keep up the good work you both are doing for the Lord and for us Catholic women!!!
