Reading God’s Word nourishes us. God fills us with everything we need in life. Emma and Rosemary share how God’s Word brings satisfaction, peace, contentment and wholeness. 

God’s Word transforms our heart. Spending time in His Word prepares us for our day and it gives us a new perspective when we are frustrated, angry or anxious. In this week’s Heartbeat Rosemary reminds us that God wants to prepare us and equip us for what lies ahead.
