Tiredness seems to be an everyday thing for many of us. Jesus knew we would feel this way and He encourages us to come to Him with our weariness.

When we are under pressure our integrity can be challenged. God calls us to be people of integrity in all circumstances. Emma and Rosemary ask themselves the question whether they are living as people of integrity. 

Are you a person of integrity? Being a person of integrity comes from the heart. We are called by God to have a pure heart and it is only with the Holy Spirit living in us that we are able to achieve this.

Do you have words of grace for people? Or do you need to choose to be silent at times so that you don’t say the wrong thing? Emma and Rosemary chat about our ability with God to use self control in choosing the words that we speak. 

Our words have the ability to build someone up or pull someone down. Our words are powerful! When we speak, our words give an insight into the content of our heart. Emma encourages us to ask the Holy Spirit for help in controlling our tongue.
